On your first visit I was impressed that you didn’t simply agree to do what I thought was needed, but took care to discuss options and offer advice, including talking me out me out of something that didn’t actually need doing. And as I mentioned at the time the fact that you were more than willing to undertake the range of small jobs on my list was also an important factor - not everyone is so willing in my experience.
When it came to actually doing the work, I cannot praise your team enough. They worked their socks off for a start, and during the work were careful to check in with me about what they were doing to make sure it met my requirements.
